Job Summary:

The company seeks to recruit a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Manager to join the team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the HR consulting industry and a proven track record of successful business development.

Key Responsibilities:

Market Research and Analysis:

  • Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
  • Analyse market data to develop strategies for expanding our client base and services.

Client Acquisition:

  • Identify and engage with prospective clients to understand their HR needs.
  • Develop and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.
  • Negotiate and close deals to secure new business opportunities.

Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Continuously seek feedback to improve service offerings and client experience.

Strategic Planning:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with the company’s goals.
  • Identify and pursue new service offerings and market segments.
  • Collaborate with the management team to set and achieve revenue targets.

Brand Promotion:

  • Represent The client at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
  • Promote the company’s services through various channels, including social media and professional networks.

Performance Monitoring:

  • Track and report on business development activities, results, and progress.
  • Use Microsoft or CRM tools to manage client information and sales pipeline.
  • Provide regular updates to the management team on market conditions and business development efforts.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably in the HR consulting industry.
  • Strong understanding of HR consulting services, including recruitment, outsourcing, training, business advisory, and work permit documentation.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with a diverse client base.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
