JOB BRIEF

Our client is a cable manufacturing company seeking to recruit a Field Sales Manager-Commercial and Tertiary with about 5 years’ Leadership experience in Sales and Marketing who will be responsible for field sales/market penetration of LV and MV cables, transformers, and accessories in the real estate and contractors’ segment in Ghana, Develop and grow business opportunities with contractors, estate developers, projects, EPCs and others and the development of strategic plans to grow segment market, growth targets revenue objectives and other KPIs

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identify relevant market, competitors within segment market and NKG position
  • Develop and Maintain project pipeline
  • Growth targets revenue objectives and other KPIs
  • Obtain segment market size and projections
  • Preparing of quotes to customers through CRM
  • Development of strategic plans to grow segment market
  • Prepare segment reports (Weekly, Monthly)
  • Collection of receivables within the segment
  • Execution of defined target and KPI. 
  • Gather and update CRM and other sales tools with customer data
  • Ensure proper segmentation is kept
  • Build harmony between with customers to ensure seamless operations
  • Build and maintain an effective relationship with customers
  • Keep and periodically update markets demands and trends
  • Promote and maintain customer satisfaction by ensuring on-time and in-full delivery
  • Report weekly and segment updates as requested by MD or Sales Director on all sales activities and performance

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum a BSc Degree in Marketing and Sales or any related field
  • 5 years’ experience in a supervisory position in sales, marketing or analogous position
  • Experience in projects
  • Team player, and take responsibility, Strong leadership skills
  • Wide exposure to different environments and markets
  • Fluent in oral and written English in addition to Asante Twi or one local language, and or one foreign language.
  • Practical experience of functional responsibilities
