Job Purpose:
Responsible for delivering comprehensive managerial and operational support to the organization, with a strong emphasis on ensuring adherence to HR processes, systems, and policies. Collaborate closely with managers and employees to identify and implement solutions that align with business requirements. Oversee HR processes and maintain consistency in approach across the broader team. You will be responsible for the localization drive of the company.
Responsibilities/Key Objectives:
Strategic HR Planning
- Work alongside the executive team to pinpoint current and future human resource requirements in line with our growth plans.
Talent Management
- Direct the complete recruitment lifecycle, ensuring that the organization consistently attracts and retains the brightest talent in the industry.
- Design and execute training and development programs, with a focus on both technical acumen and interpersonal skills.
Performance Management
- Develop performance management tools, team, and individual development
- Collaborate with department heads to ensure alignment between individual objectives and the company’s strategic vision.
- Oversee the performance management process, including Performance appraisals, goal setting, and performance improvement plans.
- Maintain accurate HR records and generate reports to monitor HR metrics and key performance indicators.
Employee Relations
- Serve as an advocate and intermediary, addressing employee concerns and promoting a cohesive work environment.
- Implement strategies for employee development and career growth.
- Facilitate leadership development and succession planning initiatives
Compensation & Benefits
- Craft a competitive compensation structure that resonates with industry benchmarks while recognizing individual and team contributions.
- Provide essential support for critical Reward activities, including annual salary reviews, performance bonuses, share options, and other related initiatives to stay competitive.
- Administer and manage competitive compensation and benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and incentives.
- Manage and maintain health and welfare benefit programs.
Change Management
- Lead efforts that ensure seamless organizational transitions during phases of growth, diversification or restructuring.
- Prioritize transparent communication and feedback mechanisms during change cycles.
Compliance & Benefits.
- Stay up-to-date with labor laws and industry regulations, ensuring compliance with local, state, and international laws.
- Stay well-informed of industry standards for safety and health, advocating for employee well-being and minimizing organizational risk.
Policy/Safety/Admin
- Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures in line with labor laws, industry standards, and company goals and ensure compliance to employees.
- Oversee workers compensation claims.
- Provide front-line coaching and support to all staff and management on all HR-related matters including, reward, talent management, and employee relations.
- Complete company’s forms for HR Department in Head Quarter for fact and plan
Localization
- Responsible for facilitating the integration and development of local talent within the organization, ensuring that the workforce is aligned with the company’s goals and values.
Financial Responsibility:
- Responsible for managing operations in the most cost-effective manner and cost control of all activities in the area of responsibility.
Person Specification:
Education:
- Professional qualification in HR or Business Management Professional HR accreditation preferred.
Professional Experience:
- Minimum 5 years work experience in a similar role
Professional Knowledge, Skills, and Capabilities:
- Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Knowledge of Performance Management, People Development Experience in a multinational company.
- Proficiency in recruiting talent, including sourcing, interviewing, and evaluating candidates for various roles.
- Expertise in Compensation & Benefit.
- Background in Petroleum in preferred.
