Our client in the Renewable Energy & Energy Storage Solutions sector is seeking to recruit a Sales Professional with over 5 years of sales experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales and marketing initiatives aimed at driving business growth, securing key partnerships, and enhancing brand visibility.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive the adoption of the company’s Energy Storage Solutions (ESS) in Ghana.
- Identify and engage potential distributors, resellers, and key clients in the energy, telecom, commercial, and industrial sectors.
- Drive B2B sales by targeting solar energy companies, telecom operators, and Industrial clients needing power backup solutions.
- Negotiate contracts, partnership agreements, and pricing models to maximize revenue and market penetration.
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns to create brand awareness and generate leads.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Organize product demonstrations, webinars, and workshops to showcase the benefits of the company’s ESS.
- Manage digital marketing efforts, including social media, website content, and online advertisements.
- Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, renewable energy firms, and telecom companies.
- Provide after-sales support and ensure high customer satisfaction levels.
- Gather customer feedback to enhance product offerings and improve service delivery.
- Technical & Training Support.
- Collaborate with the technical team to offer distributors, engineers, and local technicians training programs.
- Ensure that sales and marketing teams have up-to-date knowledge of the company’s ESS products.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or marketing, preferably in the energy or renewable energy sectors.
- Strong network within Ghana’s energy and industrial sectors.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of energy storage solutions, lithium battery technology, and solar power systems is an advantage.
- Proficiency in using CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant business tools.
