Job Summary

This role will be responsible for ensuring efficient and safe operations, maximizing hydrocarbon recovery, and meeting production targets. This role will be to work with the Project Management team to ensure project integrity and a high level of operational efficiency is maintained. Evaluate reservoir characteristics, production potential, and recovery techniques to implement the most optimal and efficient development strategies. Oversee the design and construction of surface facilities, including pipelines, processing plants, and other infrastructure and Monitor and control costs associated with field development projects to ensure budget adherence.

Qualifications and Requirements

• A University degree in an engineering discipline, preferably in reservoir or petroleum engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Field Development Specialist / Reservoir Engineer / Petroleum Engineer, preferably with operating companies.
• Reservoir engineering expertise, including Eclipse/Petrel software or similar.
• Work experience in remote locations and knowledge of work environments in West Africa
