JOB BRIEF

Our client in the Construction of Commercial and Residential Properties is seeking to recruit a Construction Manager with over 10 years’ Leadership experience in the construction sector who will be responsible for Safety, Construction, Organizing, Implementation, Leadership and Team building and Customer Satisfaction.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Overseeing and directing of construction project from conception to completion.
2. Preparing contracts and negotiating revision with clients.
3. Supervising the purchase of construction materials.
4. Overseeing all onsite and offsite construction to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations.
5. Analyze and migrate and risk that may occur.
6. Must maintain the highest level of integrity and company policy adherence. Leadership by example.
7. Other duties as assigned.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

1. Must possess a master’s degree in engineering, building science or a related field.
2. Minimum of 10 years of experience in Construction
3. A member of a professional body is a plus.
4. Strong negotiation skills
5. Must possess leadership skills with ability to train, evaluate, develop, and mentor employees.
6. Must be self-motivated and goal oriented, Team builder.
7. Must be flexible to adapt to unforeseen changes that might occur.
8. Must have an in-depth understanding of accountability.
9. Good communication skills.
