Job Objective

 As a Remote Customer Success Manager, your main objective is to prospect customers and generate leads on behalf of our client. Once a customer is successfully prospected and the sale is secured then the individual is expected to take all actions and administrative functions to execute the sale with our third party partners / suppliers.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development / Sales

  • Identify and research potential clients in the Telecoms Sector in the United Kingdom. Develop and maintain client relationships
  • Coordinate with the Sales Director to develop mutually beneficial proposals Creating positive, long-lasting relationships with current and potential clients Engage prospective customers by phone and email (to be provided)
  • Qualify inbound leads and advance them to the next step in our company’s sales cycle
  • Gather useful information from customer and competitor data
  • Attracting new clients by innovating and overseeing the sales process for the business Working with senior team members to identify and manage company risks that might prevent growth
  • Identifying and researching opportunities that come up in new and existing markets Preparing and delivering pitches and presentations to potential new clients
  • Make a great first impression with our prospects by demonstrating strong knowledge in key areas such as product, competitors, industry, and more (you’ll be thoroughly trained on this!)
  • Hit your monthly targets KPI’s
  • Be a product knowledge expert and successfully overcome prospective customer objections
  • Actively look for opportunities to improve and optimize our sales processes Accurately enter and maintain clean data in our CRM

Administrative

  • Taking all actions to execute the sale once it has been agreed with the client, including and not limited to:
  • All administrative functions required to conclude the sale
  • Preparing invoice(s), communicating invoice(s) to the client and seeking prompt payment
  • Working alongside the Technical and Operational team to gain knowledge with regards to achieving the client(s) requirements
  • Liaising with suppliers to understand materials lead times, payment requirements and to ensure that technical specifications of the materials meet the client requirements
  • Working with all third parties to execute the client’s requirements
  • Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
  • Keeping database management safe and secure
  • Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
  • Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures
  • Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned
  • Assist colleagues whenever necessary

Requirements

  • HND, BSc/BA in office administration or relevant field is preferred
  • Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software (ERP etc.)
  • Qualifications in secretarial studies will be an advantage
  • Any sales experience is preferred.
