Job Summary

Deliver the exploration/development drilling campaign in a safe, sustainable and cost-efficient manner. Collaborate with geologists and reservoir engineers to plan & expertise drilling projects, including well design, borehole trajectory, casing and cementing programs, and drilling fluid selection. Develop and expertise drilling programs that adhere to safety, environmental, and regulatory standards. Oversee drilling operations, including the execution of drilling programs, logging, coring, and well testing.

Qualifications and Requirements

• A tertiary qualification in an engineering discipline preferred. (Engineering disciplines preferred, but not essential).
• Valid Well Control, Offshore medical and Offshore BOSIET/HUET certification.
• Minimum 3 years extensive experience in Drilling & Completion design, Testing & Operations planning.
• Preferable experience working offshore West Africa/Deepwater on floating rigs.
