Our client is a reputable construction company seeking to recruit a Finance Officer to support the financial operations and the delivery of the organization’s strategic objectives.

Job Summary

This involves managing budgets, preparing reports, and conducting transactions. You will also be responsible for ensuring that all financial matters are handled responsibly and legally.

Job Responsibilities

  • Assisting in the preparation of budget
  • Managing records and receipts
  • Account reconciliation on transactions
  • Preparing balance sheets organisational products and process
  • Providing customer service to clients
  • Resolve financial issues raised by the team member and clients
  • Being a key point of contact for other departments
  • Processing of invoices
  • Filing of taxes and statutory fees
  • Developing in-depth knowledge of financial and accounting matters
  • Supporting the Finance Manager and executives with projects and tasks when required
  • Payroll management

Qualification & Requirements

  • 1st Degree/HND with an accounting background
  • A minimum of 2 years in a similar role
  • Knowledge in the use of accounting software, such as SAP, QuickBooks, Tally etc
