Design and execute training and development programs, with a focus on both technical acumen and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Professional qualification and accreditation in HR or Business Management.
- Minimum 5 years’ work experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Knowledge of Performance Management, People Development Experience in a multinational company
