Responsible for delivering comprehensive operational support to the organization, with a strong emphasis on ensuring adherence to HR processes, systems, and policies. Collaborate closely with managers and employees to identify and implement solutions that align with business requirements. Oversee HR processes and maintain consistency in approach across the broader HR team.
- Provide front line coaching and support to all staff and management on all HR related matters including, reward, talent management, employee relations.
- Develop Performance management tools, team and individual development etc.
- Work closely with managers to deliver and improve individual performance
- Support Organisational Development initiatives as needed
- Provide essential support for critical Reward activities, including annual salary reviews, performance bonuses, share options, and other related initiatives.
- Work closely with the accounts team in the processing of payroll for all staff members.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Support new hires and internal transfers as regards relocation, immigration, rewards & benefits activities, induction
- Stay up-to-date with labor laws and industry regulations, ensuring compliance with local, state, and international laws.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for best candidates for the role.
- Facilitate the staff mobility process for all staff transfers
- Implement and ensure compliance of HR policies and procedures to employees
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources. Masters Degree is a plus
- Professional HR accreditation is preferred
Experience: Minimum 5 years work experience in a similar role
Skills & Experience:
- Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Knowledge of Performance Management, People Development Experience in a multinational company
- Proficiency in recruiting talent, including sourcing, interviewing, and evaluating candidates for various roles.
- Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information System) software.
- Expertise in Compensation & Benefit
- Background in Petroleum and Aviation is a plus
