Job Summary:

The ISR will work cooperatively with customers, vendors, and other staff members to grow existing customers, create new customers, and meet or exceed monthly sales quotas while increasing customer satisfaction.  At LABUSA, our primary goal is to leverage IT and security solutions to solve customer’s business problems.  The role of the ISR is to serve as an advocate for the customer, understand their issues, and work with the LABUSA team and vendors to provide solutions.  


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and qualify opportunities through a formal bidding and direct marketing process
  • Preparing formal proposals and price quotes for customers
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to customers and vendors
  • Maintain a strong knowledge of our product and service offerings
  • Ability to work online with little direction or supervision
  • Highspeed Internet connection, smartphone, computer with a working camera, and audio


Key Skills & Requirements:

  • MBA with a concentration in marketing
  • BA/BS University degree with a concentration in marketing, promotions, advertising sales, or business administration
  • 3 to 5 years of industry sales experience preferred
  • Quick learner of new technology and processes
  • Expert level skills with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Experience with Salesforce and Microsoft SharePoint
  • Strong presentation, communication, organization, and time management skills 
  • Highly motivated with a position attitude and outlook
  • Track record of meeting sales goals
  • Motivation for sales with Prospecting and Closing skills
  • Basic information technology concept understanding
  • Building relationships and People skills
  • Data entry skills using customer relationship management (CRM) tools
  • Customer focus, quality service, and professionalism
