ELIDEL PRESTIGE LTD (EPL), is a Manpower management company. Our Client is a reputable well-established company in the Information Technology Industry and is looking for an experienced IT Manager for operations in Ghana Office. This position will be reporting directly to the Operation Manager.

JOB PURPOSE:

• Running regular checks on network and data security
• Identifying and acting on opportunities to improve and update software and systems.
• Conducting regular system audits and plans for improvement
• Carrying IT projects including system creation, updates, upgrades, firewall, migrations and outages.
• Data management and storage
• Incident management system
• Physical and environmental controls at the server rooms
• Create change management procedure
• Information security training and knowledge sharing
• Create business continuity management plan
• Providing direction for IT team members
• Identifying opportunities for team training and skills advancement
• Creating and reporting on allocation of IT budget
• Running and sharing regular operation system reports with senior staff

Qualification Required & Experience

• A First Degree or Masters Degree preferred in Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems or related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant IT and Managerial experience.
• Hands-on experience with computer networks, network administration and network installation.
• Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis and of computer hardware/software systems.
