Job Purpose

Responsible for creating and maintaining a cleaning schedule for the kitchen, cleaning the stoves, ovens, pots, pans, grills, and refrigerators, and washing dishes, glasses, and cutlery.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Removal of waste
• Operating kitchen machines
• Cleaning and polishing cookware surfaces
• Arranging and organizing the kitchen to be in order

Qualification & Requirements

• High School certificate required
• Minimum 18 years of age
• Previous cleaning experience in a food industry will be an advantage
• Commitment to safety, hygienic and security procedures
• Great organizational skills
• Experience operating commercial electric equipment
