ELIDEL PRESTIGE LTD (EPL), is a Manpower management company. Our Client is looking for an experienced Office Manager/ Personal Assistant in these fields real estate, property management and furniture.
JOB PURPOSE
- Monitoring a reporting manager’s email and responding if required
- Preparing communications on behalf of a manager
- Answering phone calls
- Organising travel and itineraries
- Organising and planning meetings
- Taking notes and writing minutes during meetings
- Conducting or preparing any research that the reporting manager may require
- Various ad hoc requests
- Collecting, interpreting and reviewing financial information
- Predicting future financial trends
- Reporting to management and stakeholders, and providing advice how the company and future business decisions might be impacted
- Producing financial reports related to budgets, account payables, account receivables, expenses etc.
- Developing long-term business plans based on these reports
- Reviewing, monitoring and managing budgets
- Developing strategies that work to minimise financial risk
- Analysing market trends and competitors

- A minimum of first Degree
