Our client in the Construction of Commercial and Residential Properties is seeking to recruit an Office/HR Manager with over 8 years’ Leadership experience in Human Resource Management who will be responsible for Developing and implementing HR Strategies, Overseeing Daily Operations, Coordinating and Communicating with Staff and Management, Managing Office Supplies and Budgets, Leadership and Team building.



  1. Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievance, and other issues.
  2. Overseeing the work of all office employees to ensure they work productively and meet deadlines and company standards.
  3. Answering telephone calls and emails from customers and clients and directing them to relevant staff.
  4. Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement and preservation of human capital.
  5. Nature positive working environment.
  6. Manage recruitment and selection process.
  7. Must maintain the highest level of integrity and company policy adherence. Leadership by example.
  8. Other duties as assigned.


  1. Master’s degree in HR/Business Administration or related field.
  2. Minimum of 8 years of experience in an office or HR management role.
  3. Strong communication and presentation skills.
  4. People oriented and results driven.
  5. Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
  6. PHR or SPHR certification is a plus.
  7. Organization and the ability to multitask to complete a wide variety of tasks.
  8. Flexibility to adjust to new task.
  9. Must possess leadership skills with ability to train, evaluate, develop, and mentor employees.
  10. Must be self-motivated and goal oriented, Team builder.
  11. Good communication and written skills.
