JOB BRIEF

Our client in the Construction of Commercial and Residential Properties is seeking to recruit a Property Manager with over 8 years’ Leadership experience in Property Management who will be responsible for the Direct Management of properties, maximize Asset value and revenue, Customer Satisfaction, Leadership and Team building.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Manage all aspects of assigned properties.
2. Inspect and arrange maintenance to meet standards.
3. Advertising and market vacant spaces to attract tenants.
4. Source and build relationships with prospective clients to expand business opportunities.
5. Paying property expenses, including taxes, mortgages, payroll, insurance premiums and maintenance costs.
6. Must maintain the highest level of integrity and company policy adherence. Leadership by example.
7. Other duties as assigned.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

1. Master’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field.
2. Minimum of 8 years of experience in property management.
3. Customer focus, interpersonal savvy with strong communication and presentation skills.
4. Knowledge of rental contracts, property, and anti-discrimination laws.
5. Competency in MS Office and relevant databases and software.
6. Must possess leadership skills with ability to train, evaluate, develop, and mentor employees.
7. Must be self-motivated and goal oriented, Team builder.
8. Good communication and written skills.
9. Real estate license is a plus.
