REGIONAL SALES MANAGER
ELIDEL PRESTIGE LTD (EPL), is a Manpower management company. Our Client is a reputable well-established company in the Food Manufacturing Industry and is looking for an experienced Sales Manager to manage the sector in West Africa. We are seeking for qualified candidate to fill the vacancy in the above mentioned role.
The position will work from the Accra Ghana office reporting to General manger. Candidates who are willing to travel extensively in West African can apply.
QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:
- A Bachelor’s degree, or similar qualifications, preferably Science
- With at least 5- 8 years of experience in the Food Supply Industry or any related industry.
- Must have experience in Food & Raw Material Sales, and Ingredient Sales.
- Must have proficiency in English and French (Must)
- Good knowledge in MS Office
- Candidate should have own car to manage the transportation
- Achieving sales objectives for Clients Product for West Africa Market.
- Introduce Company products to clients in different segments. (Food Factories / Restaurants/ Cafes/Hotels)
- Manage distributor in the West African counties.
- Drive B2B with international QSR Franchises in the region.
- Manage Account Receivables
- Conduct training sessions for clients with the help of the Product development team.
- Visit different sales channels regularly.
- Arrange customer meetings on Directors and General Manger’s visit.
- Attend Local Exhibitions with Team.
- Report market development and contribute to new product development.
- Prepare Budgets and Review report
- Manage customer data.
- Manage day to day sales activities.
