We specialize in management, human resource, and organizational development training. However, we provide customized training upon request of the client. Such customized training is always preceded by a training needs assessment. We provide the theoretical framework of the core concepts followed by practical sessions that enable trainees to learn to apply the concepts in the work setting. We, therefore, encourage the customization of training content for the trainees to enhance the transfer of training/learning. Also, we monitor and conduct a training needs assessment before and after the training as well as reaction and learning evaluation.
